Prior to joining Pogust Braslow & Millrood LLC, Robert N. Wilkey served as an appellate law clerk to the Honorable Jess J. Juliante and the Honorable Doris A. Smith-Ribner of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Edward D. Reibman of the Lehigh County Court of Common Pleas.

Since joining the firm in June 2005, Robert has focused his practice on cases involving drug-induced adverse events related to antidepressants, pain, and various antipsychotic medications. He has also gained significant litigation experience in cases involving antibiotics, including the settlement of a case against a Fortune 500 company. His other practice areas include medical devices, general pharmaceutical litigation, and the representation of African-American farmers in discriminatory lending claims against the United States Department of Agriculture ("USDA").
